In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the use of project labor agreements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, an awarding authority deciding to require a project labor agreement shall submit a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means outlining how the awarding authority concluded that said project labor agreement was legally justified within 60 days of said decision.
