An Act eliminating the Pacheco Law.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Sections 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56 of chapter 7 of the General Laws are hereby repealed.
