In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the conveyance of real property by the Commonwealth in the town of Falmouth.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 7 of Chapter 325 of the Act of 2000, for as long as the land is used in the performance of an essential governmental function, the land shall not revert back to the care and control of the division of capital asset management.
