An Act clarifying the continuing education requirements for real estate brokers and sales persons..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 87XX½ of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 10 following the word “board”, by inserting following language:- ; and provided, further, that for licenses renewed on or after January 1, 2015, such number shall be no less than 20 hours.
