In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act to promote innovative water management in the Commonwealth.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The Department of Environmental Protection shall institute an incentive program for entities under administrative consent orders to use innovative water solutions in their remediation plan.

SECTION 2.  The Massachusetts clean energy technology center shall utilize state funds to develop and execute a program to pilot test innovative water technologies.
