An Act relative to recovery.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 6B of chapter 159B, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-
For purposes of this section, when towing is ordered by the police or other public authority, reimbursable recovery expenses for commercial and non-commercial tows shall include services necessary to the recovery of a disabled motor vehicle that include, but not be limited to: wrecker working, winching, waiting time, clean up time and the provision of special equipment necessary for placing disabled vehicle in a position to be towed.
