An Act to reduce court fees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first subparagraph of paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of section 3 of chapter 90c, as most recently amended by section 73 of Chapter 27 of the Acts of 2009, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: “This fee shall be waived in those instances where the violator is found not responsible.”
