An Act relative to vehicles of visiting nurses.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the second paragraph the following paragraph:
No penalty shall be imposed on any visiting nurse whose vehicle displays a visiting nurse placard issued by the Visiting Nurses Association.
