An Act relative to the inspection of certain motor vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
The rules and regulations promulgated by the registrar pursuant to this section shall provide that a duel wheel pickup truck which is used solely for private purposes shall be inspected as a noncommercial vehicle.
