An Act relative to establishing speed limits on certain local roads.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 18 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in the first paragraph, the words “nor until after the department, and in the case of a speed regulation the department and the registrar, acting jointly, shall have certified in writing that such regulation is consistent with the public interests”.
