An Act relative to inspections for new automobiles..

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION __.    Section 7A of Chapter 90, of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the fifth paragraph the following paragraph:-

“The emissions and maintenance inspection programs provided for in this article shall not apply to any in the year of its manufacture, nor the year succeeding its manufacture year.  The commissioner shall promulgate such regulations as may be required to implement this exemption.”
