An Act addressing the issue of noise pollution along Route 290 in the town of Northborough.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  The Massachusetts Highway Department is hereby directed to expend funds not to exceed $20,000 for the purpose of performing a noise study for the purpose of addressing the issue of noise pollution along route 290 in the Town of Northborough.
