An Act relative to the Medal of liberty.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 67A of chapter 33 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 3, after the word “action,” the following:-

“or who died in service while in a designated combat area in the Line of Duty”
