An Act relative to Chapter 115 benefits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 6 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws is hereby amended  after the word "reside", in line 21, the following words:-

"within the following fiscal quarter"
