An Act relative to certain standing committees of the general court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 3 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding in the following section:-
Section 70. Whenever a standing committee of the House of Representatives votes to give any legislation a favorable or adverse report, such vote shall be recorded by roll call and shall reflect all votes for and against the particular committee action. The record of all such roll calls shall be kept in the offices of the committee and, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, shall be made available for public inspection.
