An Act relative to sales tax exemptions for gun safes and trigger locks.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as most recently amended by chapter 68 of the acts of 2011, is hereby further amended by striking in paragraph (rr), the word “commercial”.
