An Act relative to the Massachusetts center for the book.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 78 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 19N the following section:-
19O. The Massachusetts center for the book, chartered as the commonwealth affiliate of the center for the book in the Library of Congress, will shall be established in the commonwealth as a public-private partnership whose mission is to develop, support, and promote cultural programming that will advance the cause of books and reading and enhancing the outreach potential of Massachusetts libraries.
