An Act relative to the retirement allowance of Derek Cook in the city of Springfield.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 15 of chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, Derek Cook of the city of Springfield shall be eligible to recieve a reinstatement of his membership and all benefits inclusive in M.G.L. c. 32, 1 through 28, from the Springfield Retirement System. This allowance shall be subject to all other provisions of said chapter 32.
SECTION 2. The provisions of said act shall take effect upon its passage.
