An Act relative to transportation costs associated with special education.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “instructional”, in line 3, the following words:- and transportation.
SECTION 2. Subsection (a) of said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the fourth sentence.
SECTION 3. Said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “instructional”, in line 12, the following words:- and transportation.
