An Act relative to automobiles.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Subsection (b) of section 7 of chapter 64I of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following 2 sentences:-

When seeking the familial exemption, the buyer and seller shall submit birth certificates to the registry in order to confirm the relationship. Any familial relation not listed shall not be eligible for the aforementioned tax exemption.
