An Act relative to child care and waterfront developments.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 14 of chapter 91 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the last sentence in the third paragraph, the following sentence:- For the purposes of this section and section eighteen, proper public purpose shall include, but not be limited to, the provision of child care and early education services.
