Ordered, That, the Committee on Ethics be granted the power to compel the attendance of witnesses, administer oaths, take testimony and compel the productions of books, papers, documents and other evidence in connection with the investigation and evaluation of a complaint received by said Committee on March 15, 2013. The powers granted to the Committee pursuant to this Order shall cease to exist as of June 30, 2013.
