An Act relative to the special commission on ordinary and accidental disability pensions.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The special commission established in section 59 of chapter 176 of the acts of 2011 and revived and continued by section 4 of chapter 435 of the acts of 2012 is hereby further revived and continued.  The commission shall file a report of its recommendations, together with the actuarial analysis conducted by the public employee retirement administration commission and proposed legislation, if any, with the clerks of the house and senate, the chairs of the house and senate committee on ways and means and the chairs of the joint committee on public service not later than May 31, 2013.
