An Act relative to the town of Sterling.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Sterling is hereby authorized to revoke its acceptance of 108L of chapter 41 of the General Laws.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
