An Act relative to the Division of Waterways to dredge Quincy Bay..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The office of waterways in the department of conservation and recreation shall be responsible to dredge the natural harbor channel existing between the Squantum Yacht Club and the Wollaston Yacht Club, in the Wollaston Beach area in the city of Quincy, and extending into greater Quincy Bay, to provide on-going access as a waterway route, for emergency evacuation as so designated by the United States Coast Guard and, for the water transfer of accident victims to on-shore medical treatment facilities.
