In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the elderly and disabled taxation aid committee in the town of Harvard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any provision of the general laws to the contrary, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Harvard is authorized to appoint an Elderly and Disabled Taxation Aid Committee consisting of said town’s Council on Aging Director, who may or may not be a resident of the Town, the Town Treasurer and three residents of said town.
SECTION 2: This act shall take effect upon its passage.
