An Act to help small fraternal insurance companies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 176 Chapter 40 is hereby amended to strike twenty five percent after the words "may invest an amount not exceeding" and replace with it "fifty percent".
