In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act authorizing the town administrator of Southborough to sign warrants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The town administrator shall, on behalf of and subject to policies established by the board of selectmen of the town of Southborough, have the authority to sign all warrants or vouchers, including payroll warrants, for the payment of town funds submitted by the town accountant in accordance with section 56 of chapter 41 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
