An Act relative to certain licenses for the sale of alchoholic beverages in the city of Boston.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any limitations on the duration or number of licenses to be issued under the provisions of sections fourteen and seventeen of chapter one hundred and thirty-eight of the General Laws, but subject however, to all other provisions of said chapter, and notwithstanding any special law or regulation, the Licensing Board for the City of Boston is hereby authorized upon application to issue Special Licenses on a bi-annual basis every six months for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to the following organizations: Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center, Inc.; Commonwealth Lodge #19; Skating Club of Boston; the Massachusetts Association of Minority Law Enforcement Officers; Mt. Pleasant Knights of Columbus; West Roxbury Knights of Columbus; Montserrat Aspirers, Inc.; Syria Temple #31; and Brighton Knights of Columbus.
