An Act relative to recovery high schools.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 91 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “School” in line 7, the following words: -

“. For summer programming, a school district shall transfer an amount equal to a prorated percentage of the state average foundation budget, based on 180 days. This transfer of funding applies”
