By Representative Madden of Nantucket and Senator Wolf, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3626) of Timothy R. Madden and Daniel A. Wolf (by vote of the town) that the town of Nantucket be authorized to exclude the fuel revolving account for the Nantucket Memorial Airport in calculating the limit on revolving account funds. An Act relative to the Nantucket Memorial Airport Fuel Revolving Account.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 28 of the acts of 2004 is hereby amended by inserting at the end of section 1 the following: This fund shall not be included in the calculation of the aggregate limit of all revolving funds authorized under section 53E1/2 of said chapter 44.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
