In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act authorizing the town of Dartmouth to accept certain roadways as public ways.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 23 of chapter 82 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Dartmouth may accept as public ways the following: (i) Flag Swamp road, from Faunce Corner road to the Freetown town line, approximately 9,353 feet in length and of variable width; (ii) Lucy Little road, from Chase road approximately 5,279.8 feet to the accepted portion of Lucy Little road and of variable width; and (iii) Woodcock road, from Russells Mills road to Fisher road, approximately 3,795.3 feet in length and 40 feet in width.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
