An Act relative to exploratory programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7C of Chapter 74 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is herby amended by inserting, after the word"program" in line 16 the following words; "Students admitted to a regional vocational school exploratory program shall only be charged a proportionate tuition for the actual time spent exploring the specific career/occupational offering that is unavailable at the sending districts school or collaborative. "
