An Act relative to special education costs and obligations.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 5 of Chapter 71B of   the General Laws, as appearing in the  2010 Official Edition, is herby amended by inserting,  after the word"reevaluation" in line 53 the following words; "A community that sends a special needs student to a regional vocational school and is financially responsible for that student’s tuition shall be allowed to participate in the team process and receive all pertinent information regarding that student’s attendance and progress."
