An Act relative to concussion prevention.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (a) of section 222 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended bystriking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-

“The department shall direct the division of violence and injury prevention to develop an interscholastic athletic head injury safety training program in which all public schools, private schools and charter schools, including schools subject to the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association and the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council rules, shall participate.”
