In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to the Parks and Recreation Commission in Hardwick.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1: Notwithstanding any other general or special law to the contrary, the Parks and Recreations Commission in the Town of Hardwick will consist of three members, who shall be appointed by the
Board of Selectman for terms not to exceed three years.
SECTION 2: Any incumbent of said Parks and Recreation Commission serving on the effective date of this act shall continue to hold such office and perform the duties thereof until the expiration of the term for which said individual was elected or until said individual otherwise vacates such office.
SECTION 3: This act shall take effect upon its passage.
