In the Year Two Thousand Thirteen

An Act relative to boating on Webster Lake.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 45 of chapter 131 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, no person shall operate a boat that exceeds 40 feet in length on Webster lake located in the town of Webster.
SECTION 2. For purposes of this section, the term “boat engaged in commercial trade” shall include any boat carrying passengers for hire.
Notwithstanding section 45 of chapter 131 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, no person shall operate any boat engaged in commercial trade on Webster lake located in the town of Webster between sunset and sunrise.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
