An Act relative to job creation in life sciences research and development.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (r ) of Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the 2012 official edition of the general laws is hereby amended in line 250 by inserting after the words “research and development corporation” the following: “including Life Science Companies as defined in Chapter 23I Section 2, with corporate partners”
SECTION 2. Subsection (s) of Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the 2012 official edition of the general laws is hereby amended in lines 275-276 by inserting after the words “research and development corporation” the following: “including Life Science Companies as defined in Chapter 23I Section 2, with corporate partners”
