An Act amending the Chapter 656 of the Acts of 1989 in the City of Springfield.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Hereby amending Chapter Six Hundred and Fifty-Six of the Acts of year nineteen hundred and eighty-nine by deleting section seven.
Section 2. The provisions of said act shall take effect upon passage.
