Honan relative to reviving and continuing the special task force (including members of the General Court) established (under Section 4 of Chapter 194 of the Acts of 2012) to study ways in which the Commonwealth can encourage the prevention of unnecessary vacancies following foreclosures.  Financial Services.

Resolve reviving and continuing the special task force established to study ways in which the Commonwealth can encourage the prevention of unnecessary vacancies following foreclosures shall make its final report.

 

Resolved, the special task force established in section 4 of chapter 194 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby revived and continued.  The commission shall report to the general court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, by filing the same with the clerks of the senate and house of representatives, the joint committee on financial services, the joint committee on housing and the joint committee on the judiciary not later than July 21, 2014.
