An Act allowing a benefits transfer for Paul Scott Noe, an employee of the Trial Court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Paul Scott Noe, an employee of the Trial Court, shall be allowed to transfer any and all of his vacation benefits accrued during his time in the Norfolk County Sheriff's Department (February 1, 1993 - May 7, 1998 inclusive) toward his vacation benefits with the trial court. He shall also be entitled to have his years of prior service during which he was regularly and permanaently employed by the Norfolk County Sheriff's Department count toward his vacation benefits in the trial court.
