By Messrs. Cutler of Duxbury and Calter of Kingston, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3902) of Josh S. Cutler and Thomas J. Calter (by vote of the town) that the town of Duxbury be authorized to convey a certain parcel of conservation land in said town for housing purposes.  Municipalities and Regional Government.  [Local Approval Received.]

An Act authorizing the change of use of certain conservation land in the town of Duxbury.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

A certain parcel of land located in the town of Duxbury, designated as “LOT 2 2.91 ACRES (HHA PARCEL)” on that certain “Plan of Land, TEMPLE STREET, KEENE STREET and NORTH STREET in DUXBURY, MA” by Aaberg Associates Inc., dated September 16, 2008 and recorded in the Plymouth registry of deeds in Plan Book 54, Page 987, and being a portion of the town land described in a deed recorded with the Plymouth registry of deeds in book 36608, page 240, may be used for community housing purposes.
