Ordered, That the committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy be authorized to sit during a recess of the General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 720, 2911, 2914, 2916, 2920, 2922, 2925, 2929, 2934, 2936, 2938, 2946, 2951, 2961, 2968, 2971, 2972, 2974, 2978, 2979, 2981, 2982, 2986, 2991, 3300, and 3367, relative to A study order relative to telecommunications, utilities, and energy and and other related matters.

Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives on or before December 31, 2014.
