In the Year Two Thousand Fourteen

An Act relative to the Pathfinder Regional Vocational-Technical High School District.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding subsection (d) of section 16 of chapter 71 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the Pathfinder Regional Vocational-Technical High School District shall have until May 31, 2014 for any member town of said district to hold a town meeting for the purpose of voting to approve or disapprove the debt authorized by the district committee for the roof replacement project of said district.  The debt shall, in all other respects, be authorized and incurred in accordance with said section 16 of said chapter 71, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
