An Act relative to firearm identification cards.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 129B of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 173, the words “a period of 90 days” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- an indefinite period.
