An Act to assist police and state agenices in the FID and LTC application and renewal process.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Said section 129B of said chapter 140 as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line (TBD) figure “40” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 90.
SECTION 2.
Said section 131 of said chapter 140, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line (TBD) figure “40” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 90.
