An Act relative to nonresident vocational education tuition.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The first paragraph of section 7C of chapter 74 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “program” the following words:-
Provided that, if the student’s town of residence is a member of a regional vocational school district or has its own vocational school, the town, when paying the tuition fee, shall be entitled to state reimbursement in an amount that is equal to the tuition less chapter seventy aid per pupil for the regional school district.
