Ordered, That, an amendment offered by the House committee on Ways and Means shall be in order, provided said amendment strikes out all text after the enacting clause of Senate, No. 2123 and inserts in place thereof the text contained in House document numbered 4079, being a duplicate of the text contained in House document numbered 4026, “An Act relative to workforce reform; and be it further
