An Act relative to split-screen technology.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 13 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws as so appearing in the 2012 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking in lines 28-30 the words: “which is located in the motor vehicle at any point forward of the back of the driver’s seat, or which is visible to the driver while operating such motor vehicle” and inserting in place thereof the following words “unless the equipment is so configured that the television broadcast or other video images are not in view of the operator of the vehicle while the motor vehicle is in motion”
