An Act relative to driver’s licenses and identification cards photographs.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Paragraph 11 of section 8 of chapter 90 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Upon renewal, the prior photograph of a licensee, may be re-used if the licensee presents documentation by a licensed physician that such licensee has undergone medical treatment resulting in hair loss temporarily changing the physical characteristics of such licensee in such straightforward looking view or other facial image capture; provided, however that such re-use shall be limited to 1 year.
